PLOT ALLOCATION
Booking of customer’s preferred plot is on first come first serve basis and subject to availability of preferred plot.
Initial permission for allotment of plot will be given to the customer after receipt of 20,000 Taka per katha booking money along with 15% down payment on total price along with application form. Receipts will be issued against the monthly installments.
All payments should be made by Cheque/ DD or Pay-Order in favor of ‘NorthSea Developers & Housing Ltd’.
Special discount will be given on one time payment..
Initial allotment letter (Deed of Agreement) will be issued on non-judicial stamp subject to payment of next six installments or down payment along with booking money.
One or more plots can be booked in the name of joint ownership or any organization.
The Authority reserves the right to make necessary changes / additions to the design and layout of the project in the interest of the project or for unavoidable reasons.
Special rates will be given for allotment of plots for schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, clinics, religious and social service institutions.
Plot price can be paid in simple and interest free installments of five to twelve years i.e. 60/72/96/120 monthly installments as per full Islamic Shariah.
In case of block replacement or change of plot or increase in size of plot or transfer of ownership, approval should be obtained through written application to the authority
Expatriate customers can pay Bangladeshi taka equivalent in converted foreign currency.
Deed stamp duty reg fee, VAT and documentation charges and other related expenses for plot registration will be borne by the buyers.
After the phased transfer of all the plots of the project, “Plot Owners Welfare Society” will be formed by the plot owners for various facilities and social development activities of the residents of the project. All the owners will be the members of the society. The society will have funds for bearing interest and miscellaneous as decided by the society. The fund will be used for development, reform and social work
